A perk enjoyed by a friend or family member that enables you to enjoy it as well because you know them or are related to them.

I go to the local bar and receive free beers because of the spillover perks of my sister dating the head bartender.

Opposite of permabull

Josiah is a real permabear. He is always negative about the stock market, even when things look rosy, he believes that things will head south eventually.

A sympton that occurs in males, often after having mass amounts of sexual intercourse. The male counterpart can not conceal his erection, therefore having a perma-bone.

Perks Syndrome

Overwhelming sadness and anxiety felt by underclassmen as a result of their close senior or upperclassman friends graduating.

Named after the book The Perks of Being a Wallflower, where a freshman's entire friend group is made up of seniors, but they are going to graduate.

I've gotten so close to many seniors that I can call them my best friends, and I'm scared for their graduation. It'll feel like losing an entire family. Perks syndrome has been hitting me hard.
