in and out

the act of defecation while enjoying your favorite fast food combo meal, preferably a #1 double double from the chain of the same name; physically ingesting food into the body while simultaneously releasing it from the body
Scott decided to wait for Craig to return with his combo meal before heading to the john for his daily dumper, thus achieving the glorious in and out.

out

Amongst musicians, means playing outside the harmony. Because that can sound weird, wild, crazy, bizarre, it is also used by musicians as synonyms for those words. Short for outside.

In-In-Out

A tasty fast food chain that can be found in the area I live in, which is California.

They have a simple menu, which is really nice. You have a burger, cheeseburger, fries, and drinks.

Their fries actually have potatoe tasting to it, unlike other places.

Their milk shakes taste real good too because they are made with real ice cream.
In-In-Out taste really good
