Historical Normality Bias

The fallacy of judging past societies, actions, or norms by the standards of the present, or conversely, of justifying outdated, harmful practices by arguing "that was normal at the time." In its dismissive form, it's used to invalidate modern moral critiques of historical figures by claiming a lack of historical context. More perniciously, it's used to defend the persistence of antiquated injustices by appealing to their historical commonality.

Example: Defending a founding father's slaveholding by saying, "It was normal then, you can't judge him," commits the Historical Normality Bias. It uses historical descriptivism ("it was common") to avoid moral judgment, implying that collective moral failure excuses individual participation in atrocity.

Normanitis

Normanitis is a very rare and dangerous disease that can’t be understood to scientists and you need to fully understand anyone u know who suffers with Normanitis because if u catch them in the wrong mood they will accidentally break everything including themselves.
They are either always extremely hyper and will run and jump around on everything and ask you to be an obstacle in a corse they have made or they will make you race them just so they can prove they are superior and when in this mood you should be very cautious as they will break everything not on purpose for example smashing TVs or burning down microwaves they should not be trusted alone anywhere in this mood because nothing and nobody will survive
The second mood affiliated with Normanitis is sad they will overthink everything and never sleep just in case somebody needs them as well doesn’t stop singing even when asked not too it’s not possible to stop and lays on the floor with a blue light on listening to justice wrld and has and average of 0-5 hours sleep a week this mood is caused by a large array of things:
-someone insults something they love
-someone is upset at them
-thinks that everyone hates them
-thinks of something sad and doesn’t stop thinking about it
Etc.

Perks of Noormanitis:
-At least 6ft
-would fight Mike Tyson for friends
-tries to give usefull advise
-always checks up on friends
-has at least 2 short blond friends at once
