3) Mum can be used sarcastically towards friends when they're being demanding, controlling or oppressive.

Mums are an arrangement of ribbons and flowers along with many other decorations. Worn my teens and junior high kids. They are primarily worn in the south. Texas. It is worn by girls on homecoming. Traditionally they are given to the girl by her homecoming date, their dates mom most likely would have made it. The girls would give the boys smaller ribbons to wear either on their shoulder or on their chest. Some girls wither make them their self or buy one from friend or local flower shop. Their price can very depending on the size of the mum and the amount of features.
