They choose one member from their team to go head to head against someone from the other team. Each person has two cups, whoever loses is out. The team that loses a player must still drink that cup, so one person of the remaining three drinks twice. After the round, another inferno happens. If the team loses another player, each drinks 2 cups. The final person must drink 4 cups and continue doing infernos to eliminate the other team.
