The surprise giving or receiving of a joke to or from a random stranger in a public or otherwise inappropriate setting.
Old Man: Excuse me, do you know what has 90 balls and fucks old ladies?
Roy: Um, no?
Old Man: BINGO!

iJacking

When your listening to your iPod, minding your own buisness and someone comes up, grabs your iPod without asking to see what song your listening too, and in some cases accidentally turns up the volume to turn on the light, making you deaf. They then return your iPod to you saying "sorry" as if it makes it better.

The act of operating a car as an illegal or unlicensed taxi service.

In the United Kingdom, the name hackney carriage refers to a taxicab licensed by the local authority. The New York colloquial term "hack" (which is probably derived from "hackney carriage") refers to a taxi or taxi-driver.
