The Highlander 2 Effect

Something that occurs and is later ignored and/or later negated by the general population and is considered to "never have happened." This is usually in reference to a specific movie or game within a franchise, but can sometimes refer to an event or relationship.

Example 1
Tom: Have you seen the new Terminator series?
Bill: Yeah, it totally negates the third movie, giving it the Highlander 2 Effect. But I can live with that.
Tom: They made a third movie?

Example 2
John: You and Karen were pretty drunk last night. I knew you were friends, but I wasn't expecting the two of you to go home together.
Brad: I already called and talked to her. We agreed that last night is coming under the Highlander 2 Effect, so we can stay friends without all the weirdness.
John: It's cool. Then as far as I'm concerned, you just crashed on the couch.

Highland Springs

a town outside of Richmond,Va that is full of old white lady's and thugs. 16% of these thugs are white. Shootings happen once every week. If you want to live here and avoid these shootings, move to mullen's lane.

highland park

A small community in Dallas, Texas often referred to as the bubble. Lots of people diss HP but its really not that bad. People are PARTLY right in saying people here are snobby and rich, but saying that we are ALL really rude and snobby isn't fair though because there still some nice people who live here. We are used to expensive clothes and food, but that doesn't mean that none of us deserve it. Many people who live here own businessess and are doctors or other professions that bring in a large cash flow. People from HP are often called Parkies. Please don't pay attention to the definitions that say we are sooooooo rich and soooooo awesome and everyone is just mad because we are so much cooler than them! Those are the people in Highland Park who are conceited, spoiled brats who have access to their parents money and credit cards and can do anything they want. The majority of us are nice!

The Majority of the people in Highland Park are not snobby!

highland park falcons

Highland park falcons is a youth hockey organization situated in highland park Illinois. The highland park falcons are participants in both the northern Illinois hockey league and the central states development hockey league. The Highland Park Falcons is known for its superior youth hockey experience. No other youth hockey organization in the state of Illinois provides same level of coaching and development.

Non- falcon mom: ugh we lost to the highland park falcons again!
Other non- falcon mom : well it makes sense they are the best team with the best kids coaches and parents.
