A.) A gozzer is a girl who likes to look at or find hot/fit/good looking boys, such as at the mall or at school.
B.) A clean exclamation, meaning "crud", "darn", or "god".

A:)

The name given to the lower end players of Counter Strike: Global Offensive. Generally these players are within the ranks of Silver 3 and Silver 1. Their weapon of choice is usually the AWP, although they don't know how to use it.
