These type of people seem to be able to charm themselves out of everything, and attract everyone, will joke around, laugh, and leave as soon as they lose interest.

No amount of time you spend with a gatsby will the person ever consider you a friend.
look at how popular that guy is, he's so talkative that he's befriending eveyone.
