gafers is another name for the police. It is usally used by south english people or by gangs to singnal the police are on their way or already there.

A person of mixed race, usually black and white, but it could be any other colour with white. Origins in Zimbabwe where there are neighbourhoods heavily populated with goffels, such as Barham Green in Bulawayo.
