Fluctuating Connotative Stress refers to the phenomenon of changing the stressed word to change the meaning of a sentence.

"She" doesn’t like him - that specific woman doesn’t like him

She "doesn’t" like him - to confirm she is not interested in him

She doesn’t "like" him - implying that she feels a different emotion towards him

She doesn’t like "him" - indicating she likes someone else

A Flustercuck is a clusterfuck you aren’t involved in yet. You are sitting in the corner, watching it happen. You know you’re going to have to get in there and it’s going to be a mess.

Similar to its reverse, meaning a compounded fiasco where many things are going wrong at once, but in this case, flustered individuals are all talking at once, trying to solve the problem and getting nowhere. The word evokes the sound and image of a group of frightened hens.

The PTA meetings devolved into flusterclucks after the president resigned.
