Decorational

Adjective - California slang
A combination of the words decoration and ornamental. An ornamental decoration.
Synonymous with the words ornamental and decorative.

Example 1: It is just a weak malleable metal that fuses the wires in the cable to the metal hardware input port to create a connection flow, and normally an engineer designs an external support to hold them together, part of which is that thick plastic area at the end of the cable where it connects to the hardware input unit; which is the device connector and its own external support; but on this shitty Chinese Display Port (DP) cable that was entirely decorational... The actual wire fuse took place in the middle of the box that was supposed to be the hardware input unit, which was actually just decorational as well... It has only the DP connector and not the rest of the device that supports the strength of it, with nothing but copperfoil (10x weaker than tinfoil or paper) wrapped around it and a big plastic shell popped together around the whole thing to make it look like something that was engineered properly from the outside while on the inside being designed at the engineering level I had at 10 years old.

Example 2:

Person 1 says, "The phone case I ordered has gears on it."
Person 2 says, "Wow, are they functional?"
Person 1 says, "No, they're just decorational."

Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide

My Middle School experience =/= NDSSG.
Those kids look like they're in high school. And they never seem to have class, they're always chilling with the janitor or partying in the halls. But if you're not like me and can overlook such things, it's kinda a fun show.

Friend: "Hey-did you catch Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide?"
Me: "Yeah, can you believe it? They spent all this time creating a giant volcano, don't they actually have SCHOOL?"
Friend: "It's just a show...it's not that bad."

A Tokyo stree style often mistaken for fRuIts that is identifiable through the use of toys as acessories to create an aura of playfulness and childhood. The toys are often very colorful, blink, make noises, and are closely related to youung children. Unlike fRuIts, decoras wear mostly simple clothes and endeavor to appear as kawaii as possible by decorating themselves excessively with accessories used with clothing that is bright, fuzzy, and innocent. Shoes are often oversized and shirts are almost always too tight. Females try to look as young as possible by wearing babydoll dresses, Mary Jane shoes, bows, ribbons, and colorful stockings. Their hair is usually dyed pink, blonde, or auburn and worn in pigtails or curled excessively. They are very similar to the gothic lolita style of fashion save for the goth. Males mimic anime characters, for they attempt to look like cartoon characters. Males wear small shirts with Engrish logos, sailor shirts, pajama bottoms, large pants, Mary Jane shoes, and have their hair more colorful than females but less styled, as their hair is usually combed to the side or minimally spiked. Popular items that decoras use to decorate themselves with include: Hello Kitty merchandise, Pokemon merchandise, Powerpuff Girl merchandise, pacifiers, excessive jewelry such as necklaces and bracelets, big plastic rings, an abundance of keychains, stuffed animals of various sorts, and obscure toyss. Popular items with female decoras are dolls and flowers. Popular items with male decoras are inflatable guitars and neon plastic waterguns. Decoras seldom wear makeup, although mascara is not uncommon. Instead, they use cute stickers or use face paints to paint flowers and smiley faces on their cheeks, oftentimes adorned with glitter. Decoras are not unlike a kandee kid and only differ in that they dress to look as cute as possible as opposed to dressing for a subculture. The origins of this style is unknown and ranges in popularity in Japan greatly. Most assume it was spawned as a result of the "virtual pet" craze, subsided for a few years, and is now gaining popularity once again.

Declan

The sweetest most amazing guy I have ever met, completely breathe taking. Honest and pure and very respectful. Has a great sense of humour and never tries too hard is true to who he is. Declan is one of a kind and someone who will always make you smile no matter what.

declan o'shea

Small woodland mammal often chosing to alternate between social groups usually in an unsuccessful manner. Often picked on by the rest of the group he is generally a social outcast among people of his own age and will often prey on younger individuals. There is a general stereotype that these creatures will interbreed with larger animals sometimes victimising farm animals.
Refers to a type of person in a hypothetical situation (not actually a small woodland creature - batteries not included)

"Look at him roming, awaiting acceptance hes such a declan o'shea"
"Look Dear in the paper Farmer Boothe has reported a declan o'shea in the area"
