Derrick is a mischievous yet lovable ferret who loves to explore and have adventures. He's always up for an adventure, no matter how big or small! Derrick has a zest for life that can't be matched by any other animal. His enthusiasm knows no bounds and he'll never turn down the chance to try something new!

He also enjoys snuggling with his best friend Glegle, playing hide-and-seek in the garden, and raiding pantries looking for snacks. Glegle and Derrick met online in a chatroom dedicated to nonbinary nonspecific animals. They quickly became friends, bonding over their shared love of cute stuffed shark toys named blahaj. Glegle is very friendly and loves meeting new people, while Derrick can be a bit shy at first but quickly warms up to others. Both of them have great senses of humor and always make each other laugh.

Glegle and Derrick's favorite appetizer is a plate of fresh vegetables with dip. They especially love crunchy carrots, celery sticks, cucumber slices, bell peppers, grape tomatoes, broccoli florets, cauliflower florets and zucchini slices served with creamy ranch or hummus dip.

Glegle and Derrick's favorite dessert is ice cream sundaes! Glegle and Derrick love to get together for a special treat of ice cream sundaes. They especially like the ones with lots of toppings, such as sprinkles, chocolate chips, gummy bears or even cookie dough pieces.

Derrick also has a soft spot for Glegle, the nonbinary nonspecific animal he calls his best friend. Together they make quite the dynamic duo, getting up to all sorts of mischievous antics!
