A truchaser loves his trans gf. He will hug her and cuddle her when shes feeling sad. He will play Stardew Valley and listen to 100 gecs and radiohead with her. He will earn money so she can get FFS and SRS and help her pay for her hrt. He will comfort her when she's sad and cuts herself. He will clean her cuts and maybe cut himself with her :O. A term most often used by transmedicalists or truscum. A portmanteau of the words "true" and "transsexual", it is used to characterize those who fit the term as valid and those who don't as invalid. To be trutrans, a person must have gender dysphoria. It is even better when the dysphoria is diagnosed by a health professional.

A term often used by transmedicalists and truscum to invalidate certain trans people. A portmanteau of "fake" and "transsexual", faketrans are people without gender dysphoria including trenders(people who transition because they think its cool), AGPs(men who derive sexual pleasure from looking like a woman), and AAPs(women who derive sexual pleasure from looking like a man).
