heroin chic

the look that was popular in the 90s and is coming back now. being waif skinny, pale, tired and sickly looking, using cigarette smoke as perfume, lanky, and wearing clothes that hang off your emaciated body will give you the 'heroin chic' look. you are supposed to look like you have been up for the past week partying and you are worn out (but in a cool way). there was a lot of public outcry about this look saying it encouraged children to try drugs and saying drugs were cool.

when i stay up all night and come to school in the morning i look heroin chic.

mobile chicane

a car that drives so slow in a race that it just slows the other cars as they have to pass by it and doesn't really compete. In a race, it usually ends several laps behind the winner. See Minardi.

The Minardi cars ended the race 4 laps behind Fernado Alonso.

Chiac

Chiac (Wiaqqiejig, means ''Mixed'' in Míkmaq) is a modernized term for a people whom today resides mainly in the south-eastern coastal regions of New Brunswick , Canada. They are ethnically Acadians (of the region of Acadia) but the Chiac are descendants of the indigenous Algonquian people who intermixed with French settlers in the 16th, 17th and 18th Century. Today, the Chiac speak a regional dialect also called Chiac, which is derived from a mixture of indigenous Eastern Algonquin languages, Acadian French and some English.
When the British conquered Acadia in the early 1700's, they were oppressed and forcibly assimilated by the British, also known as whitewashed , after being exiled and many enslaved in 1755, they were forced on to coastal lands in south-east New Brunswick, to segregate the Chiac-Acadians from the White-British. Their history was essentially erased and their new history was rewritten by the British and later the French, with their true culture erased and forgotten, they took the French-Canadian and Gaelic cultures around them as their own, today they're only identified as Acadians and not rightfully known as indigenous Acadians or Acadian Metis (Mestizo-Acadians).

one hit Chicago

When smoking and passing around marijuana in a circle, if one takes a hit and keeps the smoke inhaled until one receives the marijuana again, this act is known as a one hit Chicago. There is no significance with regard to referencing the city of Chicago. The actual term originates from Philadelphia, PA. There is also a closely related "smoking game" by the same name.

John likes to one hit Chicago at parties or when he has sour deez. His high record for one hitting Chicago is nine people in the group. He almost one hit Chicagoed with a group of eleven people, but someone made him laugh before the guy next to him could take a hit.
