It's worse than just PMS and lasts much longer. Being a bipolar bitch does NOT actually mean they are bipolar medically just that this is part of their personality.

My ex was a bipolar bitch. She begged for me to go out with her when I already had a girlfriend, and then when I actually dated her much later on after she started begging, she hated my guts within a week.
