A way of telling a bloke to man up and stop being a pussy/coward/wet blanket.
Means to 'act like you've got a pair of testicles'
Is an insult to imply that the man has no balls in the metaphorical sense (that they are a total wimp).
Often used by males and females alike, in women to display power and in men to shame the other male.
Always directed towards a male unless you're taking the piss.

Bloke: Aww i can't go up there it's high and i'm scared of heights

Act The Mellow 

It's actually self explanatory.. This phrase, first popularized in the song Mellow by the artist HXBIBTI, means to pretend to be "chill" or "cool" (when you really just want to put yourself out there) just for the sake of a varying numerous reasons. (Ex. for a friend, or even a significant other.) Another variation of this phrase: "actin the mellow"

act boot liquor 

A play on the phrase bootlicker. To act as a defender for authority figures, particularly when defending those with a great deal of power against legitimate criticisms. Typically used in memes, followed by an image of a whiskey bottle shaped like a cowboy boot.
