"T-T" is an emoticon representing a crying face, the two t's are the eyes, the straight line going horizontally are closed eyes, the vertical lines are tears. The minus sign in the middle "-" is a straight line mouth. This emoticon is used when tired, defeated, or sad.

this is one of the many tone indicators used predominantly on twitter (though some people also use them in regular online messaging). it means “teasing,” and you put it at the end of a sentence to indicate your words were meant in a teasing way, and to not take them too seriously. it’s similar to /pos (positive) and /gen (genuine), which are also common indicators on twitter.
person A: do you wash your ass?
person B: that should’ve stayed in the dm’s bro... /t
person A: JSHSHDH SORRY
person B: its ok its ok i was just teasing. see the /t?
