Definition: Leaders who consistently make foolish or incompetent decisions, often to the detriment of those they lead. A blend of “leader” and “idiots.”

Example:
• “The boardroom was full of leadiots who couldn’t agree on basic strategies.”
• “We’re stuck following these leadiots into another avoidable disaster.
