It is actually a negative word used to describe people who are "bro's."

It isn't really cool to be brollic. It's actually lame. In NYC people use the word Brollic to mock what people in the burbs sometimes think is cool - being big and muscular isn't popular with most ladies in the city, so instead they make fun of the brollic kids.

The Jersey Shore cast, who overuse the word Bro, go tanning, and use too much hair gel, are Brollic
