Da logical "next step" in playful semi-intimacy after da "shnugglez or shnooglez?" intro when interacting wif a cute chick; it involves asking her whether she wants you to either gently apply yer fingernails to her back or affectionately knead her shoulders.

Huge marshmallow-hearted guy, preparing to apply da "lovin' hands" to a hot chick who's stretched out face-down on da couch: "Ya want SCRITCHIEZ or SCRUNCHIEZ?"
Gal, giggling in drowsily-contented amusement: "Both, please --- first scritchiez between my shoulder-blades and on down da middle of my back, and then scrunchiez all over my upper back and da back of my neck."
