The shredded beef is then mixed with sautéed red peppers and onions (add mushrooms and/or garlic)then piled high on a poppy seed, sesame seed or plain hard roll, grilled and topped with your favorite cheese. We currently prefer American, cheddar, Swiss, provolone and almost everybody's favorite, Cheeze Wiz.
