A shortcut for referring to the time pre-covid19 pandemic. Probably offensive, because it kind of makes a sort of happy sounding phrase when millions died, the economy crashed, etc. Use cautiously.

adjective. Adherrence to the conservative time period preceeding the technology era. Often used to refer to someone who is not technology, blackberry, iPhone, Blackjack, facebook, or myspace friendly.

a lead that has not showed any interest but has been qualified to some degree by a third party, similar to generating a filtered list but to a higher and more dynamic quality
