A fo-ninja is a fake-ass, wannebe ninja who believes that they are capable of awesome ninja like feats but in reality are idiots who perform dangourous stunts say and talk the way they think real ninjas talk and are always hurting themselves.

Get the bitch fo'mug. Fo-Ho is a person that is addicted to posting in forums...you know them... they join a forum and scatter-gun-comment on every topic whether they have anything to add or not...never actually researching a topic they may not have any knowledge of, but rather proffering the pomposity of verbosity to see their own words in print in a failed attempt to take down, sidetrack or confuse an opinion or lucid discussion..
