Disney Channel

Disney Channel is a 24-hour general entertainment television network in the United States that taps into the world of children through original series and movies, plus contemporary acquired programming. It is marketed to mostly young children. Currently available on basic cable and satellite, Disney Channel is part of Disney-ABC Cable Networks Group, a division of The Walt Disney Company. The network is based in Burbank, California, a short distance from Disney's headquarters. Disney Channel is slated to begin broadcasting in High-definition starting in early 2008.

The Disney Effect

When a company pushes out a movie, video game, etc that is either a direct sequel, remake, reboot, or an amazing brand new fully restored with 1,000 hours of extra bonus features platinum diamond edition of an older title; with the primary purpose of earning that much more cash, instead of letting it be or making another installment only because you actually have a good story worth telling.

commonly happens when another company takes over a popular franchise after it has run its course, and often times involves recasting roles instead of using the tried and true original cast, further reducing any credibility.

Most Disney sequels, The Force Unleashed 2, Evan Almighty, and recent installments from the Medal of Honor and Call of Duty series plus many more suffer from the Disney effect.

The new Red Dawn and upcoming Halo sequels will most likely suffer the same tragic fate.

Disney Dad

The best dad there is. He does the most coolest and entertaining things with you and doesn't fret over the littlest things. Literally the opposite of a killjoy. If you have a Disney dad, consider yourself lucky (especially if you're a kid).

Jess: Hey wanna come over to Ben's place tonight? I hear he has a Disney Dad who's doing fun stuff

The act of playing a disney film after watching a horror movie to counteract the effects the horror movie put on you, aka "THERE'S A GHOST IN MY HOUSE" syndrome.

Will is a wuss, and after watching The Exorcist he disney countered with The Little Mermaid because he's that much of a lameass.

Disneylanders

A pair of walking shoes, usually sneakers or running shoes fit for long walks. Majority of people in disneyland wear sneakers so they are comfortable all day, therefore, they are wearing their disneylanders.

This also applies to someone who wears sneakers everyday and has no sense of style. They just resort to their disneylanders because they don't know any better.

Person 1: "Dude, my feet hurt so bad!"
Person 2: "You should have worn your Disneylanders.."
