When Bertha was talking to Troy about the process of his new home being built, She brought up information about the builders political affiliations. It has nothing to do with the price of tea in China which is spaghetti talk at it’s finest.

Slang used smugglers for big drug empires to hide a deal that is being made. mainly used for extreamly large shipments.
