To quickly steal a small item from someone. Usually done in full view of the owner, and with the purpose of taking them by surprise more than actually obtaining the scooped item.

Finger Scoop

When a guy runs his index and middle fingers up the front of a girl's pelvic region in a scooping motion. This maneuvre is easier performed in cramped social environments like clubs or pubs but the brazen few attempt it face-to-face on women that they don't know.

Kevin: Dude, I just finger scooped that Samantha girl over there. Smell my fingers.
Matt: Screw you man, that's not Samantha. That's my new girl friend.

scoop

to contain a large amount of human methane gas (fart)in one's hand then stratigicly place your hand in front of another's nose (in a scooping motion). the recipiant will not know why your hand is in front of their face they will not think to hold their breath. they will inadvertantly take a deep breath and be devestated by the putrid stench. the idea is to try to scoop the gas from point a to point b in the straightest line possible with out loosing it.

"damn yo I was ridin' with jamold and he skooped me!"

"ya he got skooped so bad."

"hey , ya want the skoop?"
"whats the skoop?"

Mike "Chief Champion" Brusoe's word basically meaning the opposite of scoop. Which means it is not a good thing.

Used as a stand alone announcement. Proclaimed when achieving something slyly, sneakily or surreptitiously. Usually followed by "We in der!"

Nick and Alex walked into a convenience store. Alex went to the back of the store and swiped some Oreos and walked out with Nick. When they went outside here was their conversation:

Alex: Scoop!
Nick: Nice! you got them Oreos?!
Alex: Yup! We in Der
