An incontrovertible way to express total consumption of alcoholic beverages.

% alcohol * fluid ounces consumed = Alcohol Points

8.1% (steel reserve high gravity lager) * 120 (3 40's) = 972 alcohol points

40% (standard whiskey) * 14 (half a fifth of said whiskey) = 560 alcohol points
