They're likely to be part of a disturbingly homogenous friend group where every member is uncannily identical. Tell them a joke, and you might as well be speaking in fucking Morse code; it flies right over their head, leaving you questioning the reality of your social skills. Though mostly harmless, prolonged exposure to a fhock may lead to psychotic contemplation of simulation theory, as you wonder if their predictability is part of some cosmic glitch in the matrix. The term can be used as a noun or adjective, maybe even a verb under certain skies.
