The act of recieving a blumkin whilst driving a motor vehicle down the road.

i.e. Getting road head while shitting on the seat.

"Dude, my car seat is ruined, but the road blumkin was totally worth it."

"Whats up with your seat, it stinks?"
"My Dad borrowed my car and my Mom gave him a road blumkin on the way to church."

Technical support is outsourced to Convergys where agents like me have to talk to stupid people all day long who have no idea what their Internet connection is for.
