When you draw an imaginary boundary around your relationship to help strengthen it by keeping outside intrusions (like work and family) at bay, at least temporarily.
A simple example is a couple with children getting a babysitter and having a 'date night' with each other. Another could be negotiating the number of visits by your in-laws (and how much advice they give!). Keep them out of your Couple Bubble!

Anything that has multiple levels or hierarchy (e.g. a company) can have information passed from a high level to a lower level. When this happens, information is said to "bubble down" from above.
"The hate that students feel towards the rival football team had to bubble down from when the coach lost a bet 15 years ago against their coach."

When you bust a nut in a girls mouth and make her laugh when she swallows so the nut comes out of her nose, like milk, and forms a cum/snot bubble
She told me to stick my finger in her ear but I got confused and ended up giving her a Dirty Bubble instead
When your girlfriend has a twin sister so you get confused and give her dad a dirty bubble

Includes residents of Oakmont, Pennsylvania (primarily around Oakmont Country Club) that believe just because they live in Oakmont they are instantly better than anyone else in the area. It's "high class thinking" from people that aren't really that affluent. People displaying this kind of behavior are known to be caught in the "Oakmont Bubble."
A: "I'm not talking to you because you live in Verona. You obviously don't deserve my time."
B: "You're just pissed because you'll never have as much money as people from Fox Chapel. Get out of the Oakmont Bubble and get real."
