Verb. The act of placing not one, but two cooking pans filled with a liquid outside a sleeping persons door. When they awaken and stumble out of their room, it is right into said liquid.

Dude, I got double dipped bad this morning! With ranch dressing! No worries though, imma get him back with a double dip filled with placenta from my aunts third cousins dog!

A phase of weather where it is snowing but in a hail like form. When the snow is in tiny balls that are not ice but yet compact snow that much resemble the look and texture of Dippin' Dots. And once on the ground apears as though you are walking in a big cup of Dippin' Dots.
