A transgender woman that dates other women. This doesn't make them a straight man with a fetish for dresses. many trans women don't wear dresses and don't act like men. they may or may not have sex like a straight man typically does, but often prefer not to, finding it uncomfortable. there are many people who assume otherwise, and this often affects how hard it is for a trans woman to date.

1. Non insane person, capable of distinguishing a boy from a girl, who opposes the "human right" of men cosplaying as women to prance into womens' loos and locker rooms and waiver their erections around in 9-year old girls' faces.

2. Not a sociopath--a decent human-being who believe it is morally wrong to sterilize pre-pubescent children and/or slice the breasts/penises off of young teenagers.

Any disease, illness or similar affliction that is spread from metrosexual man to metrosexual man by means of excessive grooming, preening, gelling, shaving, clipping, by manicure, pedicure, or any other such styling done under the guise of hygiene.

I just found out why Jes is out of the office today. He caught a metrosexually transmitted disease from his mani-pedi at the shady salon around the corner.
