Also known as a Gator. It's a piece of a recap tire that has come off an 18 wheeler and is laying by the side of the road but looks like a roadkill bald eagle. If you pick up roadkill birds for their feathers on the interstate, you see it but you can't stop, so you have to go to the next exit, turn around, go to the next exit, turn around again so you can get back to the spot where the Bald Tire Eagle is laying and discover it's a piece of tire, not a Bald Eagle.

When buying tires, companies charge you for a 'Tire Recycle Fee' which makes no sense and quite frankly isn't fair. This term can be applied to basically anything.
Thug: Yea bro so I drank 6 of your beers.
Qweer: Well than you owe me 12$...
Thug: Ya I know but the tire recycle fee is 10$ so you'll only be getting 2$. Sorry bro
Qweer: ffs.

Means that you are tired of adults nagging you to do something like washing the dishes or being done with society

Essex boomer phrase.
Often used after hearing someone waffle, say or ask something trivial.
Also used when someone says something stupid in front of you that is obviously offensive and will anger you/ third party. Essentially a threat.

TriviaPerson: says something trivial and hardly worth the breath.
Direct, collected and deep Person: "are you tired of living? Son?"

A person in the dating world that is too indecisive to make a commitment. They want to try you out, for a little too long, before making a commitment. Dating a tire kicker is a waste of time.
So I dated a guy for eight months before he said he wasn't ready for a relationship! Um, it sorta feels like we're in a relationships. Apparently, he just wanted to kill eight months with me before moving on to the next one. It was a waste of time.. What a tire kicker!
