An occurrence that is more prevalent when subjected to brain injury, mental illness, or the use of psychedelic drugs.
I remember babbling to Tyson about something last night, then right in the middle of talking I got gonzo brain and could barely speak the rest of the night; I was left with this eerie feeling of awkwardness and didn't know what to do with my self.
