Or if someone drives around in a low rider.

One would say "That's primo status". Its used in the same way one would say stalker status in describing one displaying those behaviors.

1. the wearing of an article of clothing or jewelry that screams how much of an asshole its wearer is

2. an action (pose, dance move, etc.) done by someone that instantly labels them as an asshole

Sam: "Yeah, Sperry's AND Oakley's... total asshole status."
