An adjective describing speech, when what someone is saying starts to become more and more quotable. The actual quality of the "quotable" material is irrelevant. Along the same vein as preachy.

"Around the middle of the speakers presentation against abortion, it got very quotey."

Stan quotes are derived from a lovely website, stan-quotes.org. They are quotes a Stan has said, but said Stan shall not be mentioned here. It has recently become open-source and multiple apps for iPhones have been created to make an easy-to-access database of Stan Quotes.
