Someone typing "illustration" while simultaneously tripping acid and having a grand mal seizure. Or a Millennial who's turned off autocorrect doing the same.

typing sounds, followed by spastic thudding and Pink Floyd music or Anyone using more than one hashtag per day, posting their lunch to social media and wearing pants that look like they've shit themselves, trying to spell "illustration" but is tired of autocorrect constantly changing their pathetic excuse for a proper lexicon. Both are common sources of the abomination that is "illisttration" in email, text, facebook and forum posts.
