A hobo who is still outside when the weather turns below 0 around december and is very poorly dressed for the situation e.x Jeans and T-Shirt. Can usually be found pan handling in any major city that gets cold enough.

Wannabe Hobo

A person who wants to become a hobo.
A person who impersonates hobos by dressing raggedy and makes a sign of their own, and also claim homes on mattresses.
A wannabe hobo will usually wave at people.

"I wannabe a hobo."
"This mattress is my new home."
"I'm a wannabe hobo! I wave at people!"
