Stands for Highland Road Village Apartment Boys. We stay up in Dallas, Southwest Oak Cliff to be exact. We obviously stay in the Highland Road Village Apartments. We cool with them VGBs aka tha Village Green Boys who run the 'partments next door to us. We rock white. We don't bang like Bloods & Crips, cuz we out here fo' the money. Loonghis are a middle eastern piece of clothing only used by upper class males. The term 'Loonghi Boy' was derived from this.
