Wacky weed, something is wrong with it, crazy, zany, irrational, peculiar.

Usually a derogatory term for foul, weak weed and a distrust for the person selling it. The concept that persons who sell weed out of a fanny pack are hustlers, not honest, upright, outstanding dealers. Who knows where they got the weed and what it might be laced with.

Fanny Pack Whack should not be confused with Backpack Whack, Marijuana sold out of a Backpack.
