They are most likely someone who is not very funny or well liked in real life so they use a fake life to feel better about themselves. Bertell's are commonly know to touch themselves at night while looking at their meme filled Twitter pages before sleep as a ritual. If you find a Bertell, it's best to ignore them because they can be toxic to the average Twitter user.
