Eating milk and cookies, or any combination thereof. In doing so one is "fucking the wheel" in acknowledging that it is actually milk and cookies which together make man's greatest invention.

Person 1: "Hey bro, what'd you do for Thanksgiving?"
Person 2: "Not much, spent an hour fucking the wheel - right in front of my grandma."
Person 1: "Nice! You let her join in right?"

Squeaky wheel
