n. an obese person that tends to have a inflated ego due to the co-opted "body positivity" movement originally for people with unfixable medical conditions that has since unfortunately became a bastardized version sometimes referred to as the "fat positivity"movement that is trying to normalize unhealthy dietary practices and a lack of self-discipline.

obesoid

Noun. It's a portmanteau of obese + humanoid. Therefore it is someone who is so obese that they are barely recognizable as human (especially from the perspective of people outside the U.S. who aren't accustomed to seeing such obesity). Pronounced "OH-buh-zoid."

I went to Nick Tahou's for lunch and some obesoid ate TWO garbage plates by himself. He must have weighed 400 pounds.
