Metatechnic

Another spelling of a previous term I submitted: “Meta-Technic”.

* The idea that technology has progressed or become “meta” to be what is commonly considered to be technology. A clear example being A.I. and its independent, self directed evolution, regardless of the influence or lack thereof by its creators.

* The idea that due to the ever increasing technological progress in a short time span, ideas of “Modernity” and “Postmodernism” no longer accurately describe the current setting of the world.

* The idea that technological advancement will increase in such complexity that it will be indistinguishable from the biological and organic world in which it takes place.
