Reality

The world is not virtual, so anything virtual is not reality or new reality.

Most people still live in an in person reality and not a virtual reality, no matter what technology is available, or what diseases have spread to where. That isn't going to change as long as people are still mostly human and not inhuman.

Reality

Something you don't see much of on TV, even on an unscripted reality show.

If people never question what they see, hear, or read, everything seems more exciting, colorful, or like a bigger deal than it actually is in reality, whether it's a movie, the news, or a book. A movie, show, book, or song that was really closely based on reality would bore most people within minutes, and that wouldn't be as profitable as making something or someone that isn't really too interesting sound interesting, exciting, and colorful.

Well as this is a username that a lot of people believe its not a word well it is,
Real is a word and Trouled is another way of saying Troul or Archaic form of troll. (entice fish with bait)
so yes Trouled is a word and Real is a very well known word already and together it means,
