Used by the U.S. military especially during the Vietnam Era to mean a date prior to your return to your wife or significant other (usually 60 days before DEROS), beyond which you did not get laid in whatever venue you were assigned to (not just Vietnam). This was to insure, of course, that you didn't bring some exotic social disease back to your lady as a gift, instead of that Happi-Coat she really wanted (usually acquired in the Yokota Airbase Pax Terminal).
