Used when describing a, not only cool, but also trimmed and political person. Origins can be traced all the way back to november 23/11-2017 when a person, by the name Anders Olav Bech, ran for office at CBS.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, his marathon for office was abruptly ended when his campaign manager forgot to put his name on the ballot.

For these reasons, a person who should be sitting in office, but was hindered in this quest by any reason, will for all future, be called Anders Bech Olav
