Publication either by speech, social media or other means of gathering attention to the Fobidden Anime. Code Reds are almost always unauthorized due to authorization only coming from the Otaku Counsel whom are charged with preventing the Fobidden Anime from gaining wide spread publicity and degenerating the Otaku Community further than it is.
