When a man sneaks up behind an unsuspecting victim and calmly rests his nutsack upon the victim's shoulder. Properly executed Nigerian shoulder pads result in the slow turning of the victim's head, followed by a double take, followed by either anger, disgust, or cautious acceptance.

I was thoroughly enjoying my meal at Outback Steakhouse when I realized that the waiter had outfitted me with a pair of Nigerian shoulder pads.

(shoulder raper) one who gives unwanted massages to people. Generally a male to a female. once more, the female is generally on the more attractive side and is way out of the alleged 'raper's' league. The victim usually feels awkward but will act alright with it and simply call the rapist out when he leaves.

(hot girl is sitting down and rapist comes behind and tries to massage her shoulder's without asking. He then leaves when he has had his fix.)
